What kind of meals do I get?
Every meal is prepared fresh, on the day and tailored to you. We do not have a set menu. We consider your tastes and diet, the ideal produce available from our suppliers, and even the weather. We then apply our creativity to ensure that your personal menu, day to day, is interesting and fresh and always aligned with your goals.
Some of the meals that we've prepared recently include:
Aromatic butter chicken curry, garlic naan and fluffy brown rice
Grilled beef fillet, chimmichurri with char roasted broccoli, lemon and feta salad
Parmesan and herb crumbed chicken, spicy mayo, roasted sweet potato wedges
Grilled kingklip, lemon butter sauce, mediterranean vegetables
Seared tuna marinated in soya and sesame oil, pickled cucumber and crunchy carrot, toasted nori and kewpie mayo
Brazilian fish stew with herbed couscous or brown rice
Moroccon spiced roasted cauliflower, chickpeas and red onion in a yoghurt sauce
Grilled sirloin steak, pepper sauce, assorted roasted vegetables
Rocket, lemon and chilli chicken with roasted beetroot and carrots, cumin yoghurt
Asian marinated beef skewers, pickled vegetables
Chickpea and coconut curry, assorted peppers, quinoa or jasmine rice
Chicken penne arrabiata
Thyme infused grilled linefish, lemon butter sauce, parmesan broccoli and spicy rice
Sumac, paprika and cayenne grilled chicken with courgette and leek salad;

You get one meal per day or two if you choose to take both lunch and dinner, delivered at a time convenient to you between 12h00 and 19h00, every weekday for a month. That's 20 (or 40) meals.
We are flexible. You will never forfeit a meal that you may not be able to take delivery of if you are, for example, away on holiday or out for a particular afternoon or evening.
